Recipe - Cabbage methi Pakoda

I just thot of posting my own recipe..Cabbage methi Pakoda !

Ingredients
Cabbage - 1 cup (sliced as long long strips)
Methi leaves - 1/2 cup
Onion (big) - 2 (cut as thin long strips)
curry leaves - small quantity
Ginger - 1 teaspoon ( finely chopped)
Garlic - 2 pods (minced)
besan - 1/4 cup
Rice flour 1/4 cup
chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
salt - for taste

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients with little water so that consistency should be thick
2. Heat oil in a pan
3. Fry the mixed ingredients as small pakodas
4. Serve hot.

Delicious , Tasty and crispy Pakodas are ready to serve..It is nutritious too as it has got cabbage and methi leaves !
